If you manage a hybrid or remote team, getting a clear picture of what happened during the week is usually a massive faff.
In most businesses, managers either have to pester their staff for manual updates every Friday afternoon, or they have to sift through a mountain of raw data to figure out who is overworked and who is flying through their tasks. It takes hours, and it makes you feel like you are constantly checking up on people.
We built the mi.team Reports & Analytics feature to completely eliminate that Friday afternoon headache. Instead of chasing your team or crunching numbers, you can set up an automated report that gives you a fair, objective summary of the week’s progress, delivered straight to your inbox.
Here is exactly how to set it up in under two minutes.
Step-by-Step: Setting up your Automated Report
(Note: 30-second video walkthrough coming soon, or you can follow the quick steps below).
- Log into your mi.team dashboard.
- On the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Users tab.
- A users page will appear. Choose the options you want from the top of the page.
- You can now customise what the report shows.
The Outcome: Better Conversations, Less Guesswork
Because mi.team uses Privacy AI to filter out personal moments and focus purely on work patterns, the report you receive is entirely objective. It means when you sit down for your Monday morning catch-up, you aren’t interrogating your team about what they did all week. You already know.
Instead, you can use that time to actually support them—clearing bottlenecks, reassigning heavy workloads, and giving recognition where it is genuinely deserved.
